I have managed to dupe this with the USHA Face Correction Palette, available at the local drugstores and at minimum cost, however.

Simple Guide to Colour Correcting

Green:
Cancels out acne, sunburn, rosacea, and visible capillaries.

Pink:
Brightens complexion, combats sallow undertones in medium-fair skin. Purple does the same.

Peach:
Conceals under-eye circles on olive skin tones, counterblanches deep blue skin associated with the weariness of under-eye darkness.

Blue:
Adds radiance to skin.

Caramel:
Counteracts ashiness on medium to dark skin.

Yellow:
Lightens darker skin tones, combats dark circles under eye and bruises.
